An email is sent out a few days before every practice session inviting members and registered non-members to book for that session. The email contains a link to the booking spreadsheet where details of other people who have booked can be seen and players can check on the status of their Virtual Vouchers (VVs).
Players must be registered with the club before bookings can be accepted. Players are booked by the TT Admin on a first come basis and this will show on the spreadsheet. Players simply send an email to "TTFlackwell@gmail.com" with the date in the email subject. No other information is needed.
The following is an example of the bookings spreadsheet with a few of the key fields explained. Click on the image to enlarge it. The other rows and columns are self explantaory.

Practice sessions are run as follows :-
- Tuesday practice sessions will run unless it is a match night with more than one match taking place. The session will start at at 19:30 and end at 21:30.
- Thursday practice sessions start at 20:00 and end at 22:00.
- Friday practice sessions start at 20:15 and end at 22:15.
- Participants should be prepared to erect the tables and put them away again at the end of the session.
- At busy times, players should limit their practice with another player to 20 minutes, to allow other players get a game.
- At busy times doubles games will be arranged to ensure everyone gets a game.
- Players should bring their own bats.
- Non-marking shoes should be worn.
- Sports clothing should be worn (no white clothing please!).
- Players under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a parent.
- Players are expected to have had some experience of table tennis before attending a practice session. We are unable to accept people with no experience but we may be able to suggest a coaching organisation.
